I am looking for an experienced sales person to locate and negotiate direct sales of advertising with related industry websites.
You will follow a budget per advertising deal and will be rewarded a commission based on the amount of traffic generated by the site in relation to the cost of the advertising.
An example of commission is as follows:
$100 cost / 10, 000+ visits per month = .01 cents per visit (GOOD)
$100 cost / 1, 000+ visits per month = .10 cents per visit (AVERAGE)
$100 cost / 100+ visits per month = $1 dollar per visit (BAD)
All other priced deals will be calculated accordingly.
For every GOOD deal which you can negotiate, I will pay you a bonus of $50. For every AVERAGE deal you can broker, I will pay a bonus of $5.
Bonuses will be paid exactly one month after each advertising campaign starts.
This initial project will be a $100 flat-fee for one month of work on this. To complete the one month successfully, you must email at least 100 related industry websites and broker several potentially GOOD advertising deals.
An Excel file must be kept up to date with potential sites you have contacted, and I must be CC'd in each email.
A successful worker who shows good performance may negotiate their price higher at the end of the first month or after brokering several potentially GOOD deals.
An example site you would need to find advertising for will be supplied upon awarding the project.
